Our approach

From stuck to decided.

We are flexible in how we work, but clear on scope, roles and expected results. That makes the collaboration predictable.

1

Clarify the brief and the ground rules

What is meant to change, who needs to be involved and which decisions are due? Together we clarify goals, roles and how information is handled, before we start.

2

Bring perspectives together

We work with the people who lead change and shape it day to day. Together we make it concrete where collaboration stalls and which viewpoints have been missing.

3

Make sense of the findings together

We look at the different perspectives, clarify how they connect and set priorities together. From that we derive which decisions and next steps are due.

4

Try change out in everyday work

What do we try? Who takes responsibility? How do we measure progress? We support the implementation and reflect together on what works.

Stance

From the middle outwards.

Top-down mandates rarely work. Purely bottom-up initiatives peter out. We bring together people from different areas and levels, right across the organisation.

Trust boundaries

What gets analysed, and what does not.

Before anything starts, we put in writing together which data is collected, who sees what and where the boundary lies. Works council, data protection and IT are at the table from the beginning.

  • Aggregated analysis instead of person-level analysis
  • No individual performance monitoring
  • Boundaries agreed in writing beforehand
  • Decisions are made by people, not by a system

Does that sound like your way of working?

Then an intro call is worth it. Thirty minutes, no obligation.

Book an intro call
  1. Pick a slot
  2. Tell us briefly what it is about
  3. Clarify next steps in 30 minutes
