99Day AI Readiness Sprint

Use AI in a meaningful way.
With a target picture that holds.

A decision and alignment process for the management team and the people who matter. Not a technical rollout, but the clarification that comes before it.

Three workshops of 3 hours
Sounding with the management team
99 days + 30 days of follow-up

The result

What you have after 99 days

In 99 days we develop an AI target picture ready for sign-off, guard rails and up to three prioritised starting projects with owners and success criteria. In the closing sounding session we discuss the results with the management team and prepare their sign-off decision. That is followed by 30 days of aftercare; 30 days after the sounding we check in on what has got going and where it is sticking.

The process

Three workshops, one sounding, one check-in

The 99 days cover the workshop and sounding phase. The 30 days of aftercare come on top.

  1. 1
    Starting point and ambition

Three hours. Where do you stand, what is driving you, which expectations are in the room?

  2. 2
    Opportunities and limits

Three hours. What is possible, what is not, and which conditions have to be met?

  3. 3
    Narrowing down the starting projects

Three hours. Many ideas become up to three prioritised projects with owners and success criteria.

  4. 4
    Sounding with the management team

We discuss the results and prepare the sign-off decision.

  5. 5
    Aftercare check-in

30 days after the sounding: what has got going, where is it sticking?

A visible kick-off by the management team is a prerequisite, not a bonus.

What is not part of it

Further support is possible but is agreed separately.

Does a sprint fit your starting point?

Thirty minutes on the phone. We work out whether the timing is right and who should be there.

  • You describe where you stand on AI
  • We say honestly whether a sprint is the right thing now
  • If it is: a joint scoping conversation and a clearly bounded proposal
