Thirty minutes.
After that you will know whether it fits.

What happens in those thirty minutes

1. You describe the situation. Where is it stuck, since when, who is involved?
2. We make sense of it. What we see in it and how we would proceed.
3. You decide. Whether, how and when it continues. Or not.

If we are not the right people, we say so, and tell you what would help instead.
